Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@lensflip.app with the subject "Cancel subscription" from the email address on your account. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period, except that we will issue a pro-rated refund for the current period on request within 7 days of the most recent charge if you have not used Pro features during that period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Email support@lensflip.app to request one.

The app says it can't identify my item from a photo. What do I do?

Photo identification works best with clear lighting, the full item in frame, and minimal background clutter. If it's not working, try:

  • Scanning the barcode instead, if one is visible.
  • Using the text search and typing the brand + model.
  • Retaking the photo with better lighting.
The eBay price seems wrong — what gives?

We pull from currently active eBay listings, which can include optimistic asking prices. For rare or hard-to-search items the match may be approximate. Always sanity-check the listing titles before making a purchase.

I hit my daily scan limit. When does it reset?

Limits reset at midnight US Pacific Time. Free accounts get 10 barcode/text scans and 3 photo identifications per day. Pro accounts have no daily limit — upgrade here.

How do I delete my account?

Email privacy@lensflip.app with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your account. We'll remove your account and associated data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first (or we'll do that for you as part of deletion).

Response times

We aim to reply to emails within one business day (Mon–Fri, US Pacific Time). Billing and refund questions are prioritized. If you don't hear back within 3 business days, please check your spam folder and email us again — we may have missed it.
